In 2003, I experienced a life-changing event that affected the health of a family member. I lost my grandfather that year due to several strokes he suffered the previous year. Even though my grandfather died that year, I discovered later that it was not the strokes that took his life, but rather dieting, nutrition, and lack of health management.
